Friendswood Methodist Partnering with Builders Without Borders for a Haiti Project

Friendswood Methodist and our Mission and Outreach Ministry has started a new partnership with local organization Builders Without Borders to help provide for a new school being built in Haiti.

Thank you seems so small in comparison to what you, the church, have done. There was a “big ask” to buy all the desks for a new school that will be
opening this fall in Haiti. It was a large request of $9,200.00 just three weeks after Christmas. But you caught the vision of helping kids by breaking the cycle of poverty through education. Your giving went well past the need for desks so we moved on to the second project of a backup generator.

You caught that vision and now both projects are fully funded with total gifts given of $15,750.00. Your giving to this Christian outreach helps children and their families while expanding God’s Kingdom. Thank you so much.
