GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays

The holiday season can be especially difficult when you’re grieving the loss of a loved one. Traditions, gatherings, memories, and expectations can bring added emotions during a time that is often centered around celebration. If you’re wondering how you’ll make it through the holidays, you don’t have to navigate the season alone.

GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays is a stand-alone session created to offer encouragement, comfort, and practical tools for those who are grieving. Together, we’ll explore ways to manage the unique challenges of the holiday season, cope with difficult emotions, handle changing traditions and social gatherings, and find hope in the midst of grief.

This supportive seminar includes helpful insights from grief experts and others who understand what it’s like to experience loss. You’ll leave with practical ideas and resources to help you approach the holidays with greater peace and confidence.

Whether your loss is recent or it has been some time, you are welcome to join us. You do not need to be currently attending GriefShare to participate.
