MISSIONARIES
MISSIONARIES
Friendswood Methodist supports three missionary couples/families. Our goal every year is to provide $18,000 in financial assistance to them. You can find out more about each family below! We invite you to participate in supporting our missionaries. Visit the Missions wall in the Worship Center at the back entrance to make a donation or pick up a prayer card.

OUR MISSIONARY FAMILIES
THE BALLINGER FAMILY
Brian and Elizabeth Ballinger partner with TMS Global to serve the people of Spain specifically the needs of those who are not connected with a local church in the area. They have two children a girl and boy: Noa (3) and Deacon (1). They are passionate in serving the needs of the lost and the hurting. Pray for doors to continue to open for them in Antequera, Spain.
THE DIXON FAMILY
Cooper and Anastasia Dixon serve with Cru at the University of Texas in Austin, TX. They seek to lead college students to Christ and disciple them. Pray for them as they build relationships with neighbors; being known, showing care, and creating opportunities to encounter Christ.
THE SCHLATT FAMILY
Michael, Katie, and their three children partner with TMS Global to be cross-cultural workers overseas in the country of Albania. They have been establishing relationships with existing missionaries in the area to then help lead the locals to a relationship with Jesus. Pray for favor on the paperwork they need for residency.
ELIZABETH JACKSON
Elizabeth Jackson is a valued new member of our church family serving as one of our in-house missionaries. As the Lord leads, she serves on short-term mission trips to share Christ’s love. She will serve three months in Kigoma, Tanzania, with Joy in the Harvest, working alongside Rev. Lowell Wertz and Mwenge Muyombi. Her ministry will include caring for and feeding children, education through radio and computers, and sharing the gospel so they may know Jesus. Please pray for Elizabeth’s protection and guidance, and for all those she will minister to during her time in Tanzania.
